What is PrEP?Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a way people who are at very high risk for HIV can lower their risk of getting infected. PrEP is a pill taken every day.
Who Takes PrEP?
People who are gay and bisexual and have had anal sex without a condom
People who are in a sexual relationship with an HIV positive partner
People who have been diagnosed with an STI in the last 6 months
People who inject drugs
People who are female-identified who have bisexual male-identified partners.
